Client Satisfaction Survey

This year we received responses from 65% of all our clients. Thanks to all those clients who were able to complete and return the forms. The results have now been analysed and we will be comparing this years results with previous surveys to see whether we are performing better, and to help us identify where we can make further improvements. Overall we were pleased to note that 98% of those who returned the survey were 'satisfied', 'very satisfied', or 'extremely satisfied with the service that we provide.
