Care Planning
We use a person-centred approach to care planning, taking into account a person's physical and mental health needs as well as respecting and supporting their emotional, spiritual and cultural beliefs.
We take time to ensure that we know and understand the person we are caring for. People's preferences, hobbies and interests, life history and experiences are all crucial aspects of our care planning.
This approach enables us to provide tailor-made care plans that meet the needs of the individuals we care for.
Personal support
We offer full personal care, including assistance with :-
- Washing and bathing.
- Dressing.
- Dental hygiene.
- Domestic support.
We can also provide assistance with :-
- Shopping.
- House cleaning.
- Laundry and ironing.
- Food preparation and cooking.
- Prescription collection.
- Help with correspondence / administration.
- Sitting services (day or night).
Respite & Day Care
Our sister company, Oriel Lodge Residential Home, can provide respite and day care opportunities. This is a great opportunity for people who wish to retain their independence by living at home, but to enjoy the safety and security of a specialist care home during the day or for short periods.
