Care Standards
In addition to our regular reviews, we understand how important it is to gather the views of our clients regarding the services that we provide. We have developed a quality assurance questionnaire to enable us to measure how our customers feel about the various aspects of the care that we provide. However, we recognise that not everyone will want to formalise their thoughts in this way and there will be others who, for a variety of reasons, may not be able to complete it. For those who need help in completing the forms we try to arrange for a family member or an independent person to assist.
In the event of a client having a complaint, there is a formal procedure which ensures that it is dealt with effectively and which allows recourse to the Care Quality Commission if a resident is not satisfied with the outcome.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has a duty to ensure that we adhere to current regulations.
The reports following the inspections of Bath Community Care are available to be viewed on CQC web site.
If you cannot access the CSCI website and would like to take a look at a copy of
our latest inspection reports, please ask and we will make one available to you.
We are an approved member of Care & Support West, who require us to satisfy the criteria set out in their Code Of Conduct. Care & Support West are a body that help to support, encourage and develop providers of Social Care.
