I am just writing to everyone at Bath Community Care Ltd to thank them for the care they have all taken of my mother and father over the years. I don't know how I would have coped over the years without the care and support that everyone provided and I cannot thank you all enough.
I would like to express our sincere thanks to you and your carers who made it possible for Mum to come back home and live a normal life for her last two years. As I was packing up the house I came across the diary that the girls kept each time they went. I was very impressed by their care and observations, they must get very fond of their ladies.

Just a note to say a big thank you to you and all the Care Line Girls who helped to care for Mum (and me) over the last few months. Jenny in particular showed extreme dedication and mother loved having Tina to sleep-over. On the day she had her second stroke Gail was particularly calm and supportive.
Please convey to your staff the thanks of her family for their care and attention which allowed our mother to spend the final years for her life in her own home, which was her dearest wish.
